Why People Seek Therapy

Those seeking therapy are often prompted to do so by a few common factors:

* The pain of not seeking help has become worse than the fear of seeking help.

* The pain of watching a loved one suffer  has prompted you to reach out on their behalf, or you have been prompted by loved one to seek help.

*
You or someone you care about is experiencing a challenging life change or event.

*
You or someone you care about has experienced a traumatic event.

* Grief and loss issues.

Therefore, I seek to provide a quiet, warm, accepting and safe place for you and/or your loved one to embrace positive change, healing and growth.

YOU ARE INVITED TO:

BE CREATIVE:

“Creativity Takes Courage.” Henri Matiss

EXPERIENCE CHANGE:

“They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.” Andy Warhol

EXPRESS YOURSELF:

“If I could say it in words, there would be no reason to paint."  Edward Hopper

BREAK THE SILENCE:

"I found I could say things with color and shapes that i couldn't say any other way." Georgia O'Keefe
